We have had very inexperienced riders trail ride him at a local recreation area. He will cross water, ditches, logs, and open gates. This guy is so quiet that he went into the river and stood like a rock while Jared took videos of other horses while sitting on him. Scooter has a slow, easy-going pace both in and out of the arena.
