🔥 ROANIN WITH THE FLOW 🔥
2022 AQHA Red Roan Gelding • 14.2 Hands
“Cash”
🔥 COW BRED • RANCH PROVEN • ENGLISH & WESTERN • ROPE HORSE PROSPECT • KID LOVED 🔥
Cow-Bred • Ranch Proven • English & Western • Performance Prospect • Family Loved
ROANIN WITH THE FLOW, affectionately known as Cash, is the kind of young gelding that checks the boxes serious horsemen look for—striking color, exceptional shape, athletic ability, proven ranch experience, versatility, a willing mind, and a pedigree stacked with legendary cow-horse bloodlines.
Cash is a 2022 AQHA registered red roan gelding with an eye-catching presence and the substance and structure to match. He is shapely, stout, balanced, and athletic, with a solid foundation and a naturally big stop. He is soft in the face and sides, responsive without being complicated, travels smoothly, and has the trainable, willing mind that makes him enjoyable to develop.
🔥HORSE — MULTIPLE DIRECTIONS 🔥
Cash has been ridden both Western and English, adding another dimension to an already impressive young gelding. In the arena, he is comfortable and willing under either style of tack, giving him the versatility to appeal to a wide variety of riders and programs.
Outside the arena, Cash has already gained the kind of experience that simply cannot be manufactured. He spent the spring at cow camp working cattle in the mountains, navigating challenging ranch country and learning how to handle a real day's work. He has been used for sorting and branding, has moved cattle, and has been started on the Hot Heels.
With his natural stop, cow-bred pedigree, athleticism, and willingness, Cash has all the ingredients to make an outstanding rope horse, ranch versatility horse, working cow horse, or all-around performance gelding. He has the foundation—you get to choose the direction.
What truly separates Cash from many talented young prospects is his kindness and genuine love for people, especially children. My 13-year-old daughter rides him bareback, takes him down the road, moves cattle on him, and plays games with him in the arena. He can go from doing a legitimate job on the ranch to being enjoyed by the family, and that combination is incredibly valuable in a young horse.
🏆 PEDIGREE WITH POWER 🏆
Cash's papers are every bit as impressive as the horse himself.
He is by CAT SMART BOONSMAL, by CTR PEPTOLENA, bringing in the legendary PEPTOBOONSMAL and DOC O'LENA. His paternal side also carries BLACK MAGIC CAT, WR THIS CATS SMART, DOC O LILLY, and LASSIE O LENA—a concentration of proven cow-horse genetics selected for cow sense, athleticism, quickness, trainability, and natural stopping ability.
On the bottom side, Cash is out of MALMAC JABALINA, by JABALINA DOC, with DOC'S MALBEC, JABALINA CHEX, FLINTS BIG MAC, and CLABBER BAR BLAZE represented in his pedigree.
This is a pedigree designed around using horses—and Cash is already showing the qualities those bloodlines are known to produce.
At only four years old, Cash has an exciting future ahead of him. He offers the eye appeal for the show pen, athleticism for a performance program, experience for the ranch, versatility to ride English or Western, and the disposition that makes you want to have him in your barn every day.
ROANIN WITH THE FLOW “Cash” isn't simply a pretty red roan with good papers—he is a talented, versatile young gelding with real-world experience and the foundation to become something exceptional.
