This is Warden!! Warden is a stunning 6 yr old red roan gelding standing 15.2. Yes his age is verified by the vet. Plus we know his whole back story. He was born, raised, and trained at the Oklahoma Penitentiary. He comes with a very high recommendation from them. He was there go to using horse. And let me tell you they did a hell of a job training him. He is so cool and so fancy. So much fun to ride a big pretty safe one.
At just 6 years old Warden has his whole life ahead of him. He is at that prime age that is ready to go on and do big things. He has an excellent foundation in his training. He has had a lot of training and been rode hundreds of miles. He has been prepped and ready to start ranch cutting and ranch cow work on. Has a lot of cow sense. Really wants to work one. He is extremely honest and willing to please. He is naturally quiet and easy going. From his jog to his little silky lope. He packs his head low and level without any fuss or resistance. This guy has lots of ability and talent. He would make a really nice rope horse as well. Or just keep him as a family safe forever horse.
No matter which direction you decide to take he is ready. I would say he is suitable for any age rider that knows how to sit on a horse and knows the basics. He is super safe. Not hyper or high strung. Absolutely no buck or anything like that. Again he is safe and well trained and has been rode by all types of riders. Some of the guards at the prison that rode him had never rode before. They rode him and had no problems with him.
This gelding has been nothing short of amazing for us. We have took him out on trails and rode him all kinds of terrain. Rode him through town. Been around the kids and dogs with all the commotions and chaos. Which he has spent years being rode around at the prison. So it comes naturally to him. He has been there and seen that.
He is a super easy keeper. He can go bare foot or put shoes on him. We just have him barefoot right now. You can stall him or turn him out. Doesn’t matter to him. He is easy. Gets along with all the other horses and ponies. PLUS he sells 100% sound in every way. He did have a pre vet evaluation done included in the pictures.
