Panther is a stunning 5-year-old draft cross gelding standing 15.1 hands. He has impressive movement, natural collection, and exceptional temperament. Panther is broke to ride both Western and English, as well as drive. He has been confidently ridden on trails and around the ranch, schools beautifully in the arena, has been started over fences, and drives quietly down roads and through neighborhoods. He is safe, sound, and a true gentleman.
In the arena, Panther is an elegant, expressive mover with natural collection and impressive extension. He is forward-thinking while remaining light and respectful in the bridle. He is learning his transitions quickly and has proven to be an intelligent, eager learner. Started over fences, Panther absolutely loves to jump. He has a natural lead change, excellent scope, and a great eye for fences, making him an exciting prospect for dressage, eventing, or the hunter/jumper ring.
On the trail, Panther crosses water, navigates rough terrain, and is happy to ride alone or in a group. He is alert without being reactive, covers ground with ease and is willing to go all day.
As a driving horse, Panther is light in the harness, responsive, and stylish. We have driven him down the roads and through the neighborhood.
One of Panther's greatest qualities is his outstanding personality. He has never offered to buck, greets you at the gate, and genuinely enjoys human attention.
