Njóla von Birkenberg not only boasts an extraordinary color but also an exceptional temperament. She is already consistently among the top horses in her class, completely fearless and bravely approaching every situation. Her striking appearance is highlighted by her beautiful Smoky Black coat as a Rappisabell (smoky black). Her gaits are particularly noteworthy, clearly separated from each other. When free, she demonstrates a rhythmical Tölt, trot, walk, and canter. Whether she will develop a gaited pace like the Pass remains to be seen. Njóla is already quite tall and has a solid foundation and conformation. We primarily see her as a good leisure horse, but she is also suitable for competitive riding. She will undoubtedly make a versatile all-rounder or an ideal gaited working equitation horse. Additionally, she is very interesting for breeding. Njóla’s mother competed briefly in sport (under Janine Köhler) and achieved scores above 6 right from the start. Her sire is the German Champion of the IGV e.V. and has been very successful in dressage, gait competitions, and more. Both parents are free of eczema. Njóla has grown up in a herd environment on large organic pastures, is regularly dewormed, and has been introduced to the blacksmith. She is halter-trained. We are looking for a suitable home with proper, species-appropriate care. She may also stay with us for raising and training if desired.
