A change in life circumstances and divorce has led to the sale of Holly Rock CHF (Rock Solid x FYF Hap Hazard), a talented and versatile 4-year-old mare. Having been started in her training, she has already participated in several fox hunting events, showcasing her exceptional walk, canter, and forward-thinking nature. With her athletic ability and versatility, Holly is well-suited for multiple equestrian disciplines, including Hunters and Eventing.
She is registered with the German Oldenburg Verband and is designated as a Skewbald bay, as the organization does not recognize Paint colors.
Her sire, Rock Solid (Rosenthal x El St. Parabola), boasts a distinguished dressage career, competing at the FEI levels, and hails from the renowned Abita/Elfi Hanoverian mare line. He has achieved numerous wins and titles, including a successful 70-day stallion test.
His offspring are excelling in various equestrian pursuits, with some achieving Grand Prix levels and earning year-end titles.
Holly has a great disposition and willingness to please that makes training and riding a wonderful experience. She has been through our desensitizing program. Holly enjoys playing with the tarps, balls, and pool noodles. She handles gunfire, bull whips, traffic, and ATVs. She is great out in the woods and has been trail ridden all over Kentucky and Tennessee.
Holly is a blast in the arena. She is soft and supple in the mouth and gives laterally and vertically with minimal pressure. She gets her leads and even has a flying lead change. Holly started going over fences and seems to love it. She would make a great Eventer and Fox-hunter. If you're looking for your next Dressage mount, Holly will succeed in that discipline too. She has already started on many dressage moves. The sky's the limit with her.
