Schwarzer Shetland-Pony-Wallach

Rocky is a handsome 4-year-old black Shetland gelding. He has been trained on our working cattle ranch, resulting in a highly skilled and handy pony. Some of his skills include riding range, moving and sorting cattle, roping and branding, pulling a cart, and trail riding. He stands still when being mounted and moves out when asked. He has a great stop on him. He has been raised around children, other animals, traffic, farm equipment, motorcycles, four-wheelers, bicycles, etc., and is not bothered by any of these things. He easily crosses bridges, climbs mountains, rides trails, and crosses water. He goes and goes without tiring. The ultimate pony- he is easy to catch, trim, saddle, bridle, and easy to load. There is endless fun to be had on the back of this pony!

Rocky has never foundered and has excellent feet and legs. He lives with other Mares and Geldings and has no problem with other horses. He is currently being ridden in a shank or a snaffle.
