Sophia ist eine ganz liebe ruhige Stute, Seit 7 Jahren lebt sie bei uns und jedes Jahr wird es schlimmer, ihr SommerEkzem bzw allergien gegen insekten und bestimmte Gräser baumarten. Trotz densibilierung, Insol D Impfung. Zusatzfutter. Nichts hilft. Komplett eingedeckt, schafft sie es immer wieder, aufzuscheuern. Hals, Mähne, Kopf. Aus der Verzweiflung heraus suche ich ein Zuhause in höhere Lage, Alm oder mit viel Wind oder in meeres nähe. Aufgrund der allergien immer wieder kurzatmig. Die spritzen vom Tierarzt helfen nur kurzfristig. Ich wünsche mir so sehr dass es ihr besser geht. Wir wohnen im waldviertel direkt im Wald mit Bach im offenstall mit trailsystem. Sie wird als reiner beisteller verkauft da sie von einem Tierarzt die Diagnose leichte Ataxie in der Hinterhand bekommen hat. Ich merke das beim reiten allerdings nicht, regelmäßig bodenarbeit, stangenarbeit, dualaktivierung.

Due to her allergies, she often becomes short of breath. The injections from the veterinarian only provide short-term relief. I truly wish for her to feel better. We live in the Waldviertel, directly in the forest with a creek, in an open stable with a trail system. She is being sold as a companion horse only, as she has been diagnosed with mild ataxia in the hindquarters by a veterinarian. I do not notice this when riding; she is regularly worked on the ground, including lunging, pole work, and dual activation exercises.
