Wagon Train is a 5 year old red roan gelding with a flaxen mane and tail. We purchased Wagon Train straight off of the legendary 6666s ranch as a 3 year old. He is by the great stallion “Bet Hesa Cat”. Who is sired by High Brow Cat, the NCHA's all-time leading sire, and out of Bet Yer Blue Boons, a millionaire producer. Wagon Train is a member of the last group of horses that went to the Road To The Horse from the 6666s ranch! If you have seen the advertisement from 2023 you have most likely seen him as he appeared as the face of Road To The Horse in numerous advertisements. We purchased Wagon Train shortly after and have done everything there is to do with one. Wagon Train is broke. He will turn around and stop. This horse can really run, not just kind of run! Wagon Train has seen the backside of big well-known ranches and been apart of big ranch brandings. Wagon Train is a big soggy gelding that is big enough to carry you all day and strong enough to pull a house down. He stands 15.1 and will weigh over 1,300 pounds. He is a go-getter. Wagon Train will stride out and cover country. He is one that will not wear down no matter how far you need to go. Wagon Train is well started on the head side and will drag his butt on the heel side. Our 12 year old nephew has used Wagon Train to gather cattle, sort cows from calves and load cattle on trucks. He has also headed on him in the arena. Wagon Train has never offered to buck or offered to even have a hump in his back. Wagon Train will always be the same horse every time you catch him. Wagon Train can be in a large group of horse, he will walk up to you and put his head down making him very easy to catch. When you bridle him he will put his head literally on the ground and accept the bit with ease. Wagon Train is a kind and gentle horse that comes with a lot of heart and try!
