Churro is a 15 yr old gelding that stands 13.3 hands making him the perfect size for all!!! He is a Halflinger quarter pony cross. For the last five years Churro has been used on a dude ranch giving rides to guests of various riding levels. He has been many miles down the trails and is an excellent follower in the woods. Though he has mainly been used for trail riding he does know what a days work is and will gladly push and doctor cattle. In the arena Churro will soft trot and lope circles, he will sidepass to open and close gates.
Churro is good with traffic whether it’s busy highways or riding around town. He has been desensitized to all kinds stuff tarps, balls, four wheelers, and more. Easy to catch and stands great for the farrier, he is currently barefoot and has had no soundness issues. Churro has been kicked out in a pasture with other horses mules and ponies and the sociable type.
