“Peanut”
Meet Peanut, The cutest, most precious little roany pony that I have ever seen.
This little guy will steal your heart in an instant, just like he did ours. He has not only stolen our hearts, but thousands of others as he’s gone viral on Instagram on some ADORABLE adventures with his little cowboy.
He is 10 years old, 32” tall and is built like a tiny draft horse. Just as thick and big boned as can be. He is built very sturdy.
Peanut is a patient pony, he stands and waits while his little 7 year old rider gets him all tacked up and ready to go on an adventure.
Slow and steady is his favorite speed. He’s happiest to poke along and enjoy the sights and sounds. He will pick up the pace if you ask, though he is definitely a more “whoa” than go type. Peanut was previously owned by an Amish family, where he learned to pull a little wagon or a cart. He’s easy to hook up and so much fun to drive!
He also knows how to lie down on command… as if he wasn’t already cute enough!
He doesn’t mind tarps, flags, dogs, having a rope swung off his back, etc. He is a great little trail pony, and will cross creeks, logs, go up and down banks, through the mud etc. Peanut has even been ridden inside of our house!! LOL!
Peanut went to the county Christmas parade and didn’t bat an eye at the flashing lights, loud emergency responder sirens, fire engines wailing, and Christmas music blaring. He was such a hit, complete with his little reindeer antlers and pretty garland. Lots of kids came up to visit and pet him on the nose. Peanut was the star of the show.
