Dusty is a 14.2 hand, grade butter milk buckskin gelding that everyone is craving. Dusty is a coming 6-year-old gelding that has a resume bigger than your average working man. He has been used on the ranch most all his life. He has drug calves in the pen and has doctored the cows in pasture. He has been used tagging calves and is no stranger to a long day’s work. Dusty rides excellent outside and just as great inside. He has had the wet saddle pads and earns his keep doing whatever you ask of him. Dusty has been to town, met the locals and has made a lasting impression on them, bringing smiles to everyone’s face who gets to meet him. Dusty has been good for every level rider we’ve put on him, from beginner to experienced. He walks, trots, lopes both ways and has a good stop and back. Dusty is a go to gelding that will stand tied all day waiting for what you ask next. He is great with kids and respects anyone who’s around or on him. Dusty clips great, is phenomenal for the farrier and never throws a fuss while tacking or un-tacking. He has been great to take down the trail also. He will plod through the deep snow without hesitation and doesn’t fret about the wildlife. Saddle him up on a windy day and he rides off like it’s sunny and 75. He is good with traffic and a chaotic commotion going on around him. Dusty does have a split left ear, but we let that add character to his quiet manner. He has his whole life ahead of him to venture any avenue you want to go with him.
