VERRO Z - Grandson of the 1.50m-level mare Rodos


Verro Z descends from a successful performance damline. His granddam Rodos competed at international 1.50m-level with Marlies van Soest and contributed to the Nations Cup victory at the CSIO4* in Lisbon in 2010. She is a half-sister to the top-level showjumper Zanzibar (s.Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve), with whom Steve Guerdat was placed in the 5* Grand Prix in Helsinki. This versatile damline has also produced 1.50/1.60m horses such as Katoulon, who made his debut in Aachen this year with Michael Greeve, and Gelano ridden by Brian Moggre. Sire Chardonnay 79 competed with Max Kühner at the WEG in Tryon and delivered strong performances in both Grand Prix and World Cup competitions. He is considered a promising sire.
